Hello,

After upgrading a tasmota device via the TasmoBackup UI, it does not update the version for this device in the list.
Also, after upgrading a device manually outside the TasmoBackup UI, when the tasmobackup UI is displayed, the device version is not updated.
That would be great if there would be a Refresh button per device and Refresh All...

I guess that the workaround now is to delete concerned devices et rediscover them...

I'm using TasmoBackup Addon in Home Assistant.

Thanks.

That seems alittle excessive. If you do a backup of a single device, it will update the version. If you do a backup all, it should update the version, but it might not, after some time it will though.

It normally only updates device metadata when it does a backup. Backupall I modified so that if when it's scanning to see if the device is online, if updated metadata is collected, it will update it. But if that metadata you wanted updated didn't come back in the scan then it won't be updated till the next backup job is run on that device.

Ok thanks, gonna use it a while.

I admit, I have not done any backup yet...
Just saw all my devices listed all together for the first time and had the version shown in my face and did not realized before the version on some :-) So I had a urge to press the UP button ;-)

Thanks for the quick reply and thank you for this great tool.
