PAI [ API Error: Rate limit reached]

After installing the latest PAI I cannot use my Claude code subscription, I'm always getting this:  API Error: Rate limit reached
I try to log out and log back but it's not fixing the issue and for sure I still have Claude code limits and everything...

Anybody who can help me to fix this or figure it out what's going on?

It's crazy because I can use it in the Claude Cowork for coding, but Im getting this API limit in Terminal.
