Template .env file not provided with PAI 2.4 or 2.5

Problem: PAI 2.4.0 did not provide a template .env file for users to customize with the list of API keys and settings pulled in by various code and scripts.

Fix: Claude was used to audit the files and code in the .claude directory and create a template for users to reference. The audit takes a lot of tokens so it would be helpful to include an "env.template" in each release.

Thanks for this feedback! We're currently working on PAI v3.0, which includes significant architectural changes. We're evaluating this issue in the context of the new architecture and will provide an update once v3.0 is closer to release.

Thanks for flagging! In v3.0 (now released), the installer generates the .env file interactively and places it in the correct location. Template .env is no longer needed. Please upgrade to v3.0.
