StartupGreeting hook not showing anything in terminal

The StartupGreeting.hook.ts is not showing anything in terminal because claude captures stdout and stderr.

Thanks for reporting! The StartupGreeting hook was redesigned in v3.0 (now released). Claude Code captures stdout from hooks, so the greeting now uses the notification system instead. Please upgrade to v3.0.
