Yep, looks like the hooks pack still creates/looks for

• history/sessions
• history/learnings
• history/research

EDIT: It appears initialize-session.ts is the culprit for the pai-hook-system pack at least (haven't checked past this one).

Fix Available in PR #411

I've fixed the MEMORY vs history path confusion in initialize-session.ts.

Changes:

• Updated all path references: history/ → MEMORY/History/
• Now creates complete three-tier structure (Work/, Learning/, History/)
• Added State/ and Signals/ directory creation
• All hooks now use MEMORY/ paths consistently

This also includes:

• Restored 4 deleted memory hooks
• Restored 2 missing libraries (observability.ts, metadata-extraction.ts)
• Complete three-tier MEMORY architecture implementation
• Migration script for existing history/ data

Testing: Verified directory structure created correctly on session start.

Thanks for raising this! In v3.0 (now released), we settled on MEMORY as the canonical directory name. The HISTORY concept was absorbed into the MEMORY/WORK and MEMORY/LEARNING systems. Please upgrade to v3.0.
