Actual Result
Screen says "logging in" for some time until attempt times out. Disabling Wifi and attempt to connect over cell data, connects successfully. Not a DNS issue.

Additional Context
The phone browser can login to the web interface over both connections, and the DHCP server is assigning the local DNS server properly, so the phone is getting the right address. Android client works fine in both states
