DAISY 2.02 to DAISY 3 script

This script was available in Pipeline 1. Need to investigate what is needed to port it to Pipeline 2.

After having looked at the Pipeline 1 code, it is clear that it is not a trivial thing to do. I'll make an overview of what exactly is needed to ported the code.
