Separated views for orga and tutor registration

Since orga und tutor registration is dated to different time periods, they should have one views. Now it is very confusing that you have a checkbox only for orga.

To be honest, it is very unusal to allow only orga registration -- we had never had different time periods for that hence the system structure is not modelled for that. While the checkbox provides a bad user experience, there will be a much bigger problem soon: It is not possible to edit a registration, hence persons registered as orga will not be able to register as tutor or helping person later...
