Updated blog post layout and content

The blog post has been significantly updated. The date format was simplified, and additional metadata fields were added such as 'image', 'published', and 'hero_image'. Categories and tags have been restructured into list format for better readability. The way images are displayed in the post has also been changed from HTML to markdown for a cleaner look.
