zsim.out and mem-0-nvmain.out showing 0 for all stats

After running simulations using any of the config files successfully, the zsim.out and mem-0-nvmain.out files show '0' for all statistics. Right now, I am trying to run simple programs like 'ls' and a small merge sort executable. I have not configured Simpoint. Could this be the reason? @cyjseagull

Probably. If you don't want to use SimPoint, please ensure that startFastForwarded equals to false.

If you turn on fast-forward but don't provide a valid SimPoint file, SHMA will not simulate any instruction.

This is because SHMA does not check whether a file is failed to open.
