After Installing CBOX, user reports unable to get into Dashboard

CBOX member just installed CBOX and now is unable to get into the wordpress dashboard. Here is a link to the thread and the error message that are appearing:

These errors appear to be mere warnings from the Firebug CSS console.
They should not have any effect on whether someone can access his site.
It's possible that there is a more substantial problem here; the correct
place to look would be the PHP/Apache error log (or the messages output
when WP_DEBUG is enabled).
