For Morrison/North Star there are intervals where it stays open but simply transitions in the label (e.g. Lunch/Late Lunch is 10:30-2:30 and 2:30-4:00 for Morrison, and Dinner/Late Dinner is 5:30-8:30 and 8:30-10:30 for Appel). I think the Open/Close information should merge these intervals to show the later time as the closing time.
