The Encoder adaptation？

It seems that there is no loss measurement or domain adaptation for the encoder output. In unet.py, the out6, out7,...,out10 are all decoder output.
Where is the domain adaptation operation for the encoder output reflected? Can anyone answer this question? Thank you very much!
