Reorganize the conda and environments lessons

The current Anaconda and conda lesson is stale. It should be rewritten. The updated lesson should be woven together with @ethan-pierce's lesson on environments, and, from #166, we should be using Miniforge.

I'd like to propose a new lesson to gather these topics, "Managing Python environments", with our CSDMS recommendations.

The lesson structure:

• Python distribution
  • Miniforge
• Virtual environments
  • conda
  • venv and virtualenv
• Package management
  • conda
  • pip

Where does poetry fit?
What about uv?
