Description

@taranguiz

Thank you for your interest in the OpenEarthscape frontier computational JupyterHub, https://frontier.openearthscape.org.
Please provide your CSDMS username and a brief description (a few sentences are fine) of the project you'd like to run on frontier.

CSDMS username: taranguiz
Project description: Hi Mark! I would like to check if I could have access to run a series of models using frontier. The models use Landlab and some basic requirements for plotting and doing some geometric calculations. Here is the repository, I haven't pushed all the scripts but is mostly these: https://github.com/taranguiz/sediment_divide_ss_fault The only "issue" I need to figure out is storage. I was running all my models using my local machine and storing the outputs in an SSD. I am still thinking if I need to save outputs or if I can do the geometry calculations of the synthetic topography during the model runs without saving the grid. This would be the best case I think if I can use frontier.
Thanks for your help!
all my best,
Tamara

Once you've completed this step, you'll be contacted by a CSDMS RSE within about 1-2 business days.
