impl std::ops::Add for Wrapped {
    type Output = Wrapped;
    fn add(self, rhs: Self) -> Self::Output {
        Wrapped(self.0 + rhs.0)
    }
}

fn test(x: Wrapped, y: Wrapped) -> Wrapped {
    x + y
}

I think #1235 is a potential fix to this
