Sorry this is not an issue...
It is a question. Sorry if this is a dumb one... but as I understood from the readme...
User needs to call execTransaction on the network where the main safe is deployed
And after a "while" (tx confirmed, bridge taking the tx)
User should call again execTransaction on the network where the secondary safe is deployed ?

Is that how this works ?
Are you using axiom in any functionality ?
