+Brief Description how those is works.
+
+1. Asks user to choose correct product and provide Client Name
+
+2. Sheet with selected product appears	
+
+3. Saving template with correct naming convention	
+
+4. If user make any changes in Accuracy (column) automatically macro will start	
+
+5. If user input is No as accuracy user will be asked to provide a comment, comment will be added to Comments (column)
+
+6. If user input is No, macro is adding relevant Error Code in "Error Code" column	
+
+7. Each Error Code with provided comment is shown at the bottom of template in Consolidated Error Section
