Update "imgui" package

I'm interested in an update of the package 'imgui', version 1.89.9.

In case hunter should build the renderers as well, there is one more optional dependency:

Ppl instead of adding gitmodule and be always up to date with desired branch...

Not everything is in git. Not everyone wants to exclusively use gitmodules for dependencies. Git modules gets old rather fast when the dependeny chain is more than 1 package deep. Reproducible builds are helpful in some cases (can also be done with gitmodules)
