There is a checkbox for I still have this server and when left unchecked one would believe this means that the server is no longer in use ...
I still have this server
This being said, why would that server still show in the "Due Soon" summary on the dashboard?
I propose that servers that are no longer in use not be reflected in the costs or the due soon summary.
Honestly, in a perfect world this checkbox would be "I no longer have this server" and would be unchecked by default.
