Does wesher support site to site wireguard VPN now ?

I'm not sure I understand your question. What exactly do you mean with "site to site"?

a basic architecture will like this

can I run wesher in all three router to join the same wireguard VPN , then let all desktops behind routers can comuunicated to each other ?
eg from 192.168.1.100 can pin 192.168.2.100/192.168.3.100 and vice versa

unfortunately not yet. 😞
This is something that was discussed in #28. I'd like to get it working, but it's tricky to realize without bloating wesher too much. Currently wesher assumes it will be run on the end-devices themselves, not on routers/gateways/etc.
