Use git submodules #10
Description
The suggested commands do not ensure that the correct hashes are being checked out. For example, I just got a build error in the KMC library, which disappeared after I manually checked out the git hash cited in the README.
I know using git submodules can be fraught, but they may provide a better alternative than manual git clones.
