Add support of new IETF standards and drafts

Please also consider the support of following IETF documents:

• RFC 9509: X.509 Certificate Extended Key Usage (EKU) for 5G Network Functions
• RFC 9336: X.509 Certificate General-Purpose Extended Key Usage (EKU) for Document Signing
• RFC 9310: X.509 Certificate Extension for 5G Network Function Types
• RFC 9399: Internet X.509 Public Key Infrastructure: Logotypes in X.509 Certificates
• draft-ietf-lamps-im-keyusage-00: X.509 Certificate Extended Key Usage (EKU) for Instant Messaging URIs

If any of these are important to use with C509 then we should prioritize to add them. None seems to be relevant at the moment.
