Missing endpoints from old baseHTTPinterface that need to be implemented

High priority:

• updateLoc (gets visioncoordinates and sends to GUI)
• trackedBots (maybe already implemented with getTrackedBots
• addScenario (GUI sends list of scenario objects to basestation, add it to the simulator and start the simulation)

Low priority:

• postOccupancyMatrix
