We need to find a readable layout for the platform packages and the list of all packages.

1. Use Rocq packages categories in package.eml and layout
2. Partially auto-generate release pages from data extracted using GItHub API #4

Please consider listing Platform packages by release, since not all releases have the same package collections and new packages are added and removed over time. Also note that an existing release can have its packages changed over time (so it can keep building on recent OS versions).
