This is a followup item to #131, which can be implemented once the UA properties are no longer receiving events (in 2H2023) or are no longer needed.
Actually, the UA IDs can be dropped now since they are connected to the currently active GA4 ID.
While cleaning this up, it might be worth also addressing the following issue for any future analytics ID that might be added via the site config. To be clear, this isn't needed as long as the current snippet injection is in place.
