When using dynamic port forwader in mobile internet, the speed is no more than 3Mb/s. Why is this happend? is this because my project is using kotlin?

I'm sure this is not my mobile internet connection problem, because when i'm using another app using thrilead library, the speed is more than that (not sure what thrilead library they are using, maybe old version of this library?).

When connecting through wifi, the speed is more than 3Mbps, but, the speed is still lower than the application I used above.

To reproduce the issue, just connect to ssh server, and create dynamic port forwarding, that's it.

Is there anything i can do about it? i already reading this library, but i see no problem at all, i don't know why this problem exists
