Context

conda-store-server currently relies on "psycopg2-binary", "pymysql", "psycopg2" and "sqlalchemy". There is some redundancy between these. The conda-store-server package should only include dependencies that it actually needs.

I think "psycopg2-binary", "pymysql", "psycopg2" are all unused, but this needs to be validated.

Value and/or benefit

conda-store-server package doesn't include unneeded packages.
