Since conda-forge now has at least some of the Intel packages, would it make sense to have Intel compiler toolchains available? In particular, this is an issue for Fortran programs that are often compiled with the llvm or legacy OpenMP libraries, and can cause problems if installed in the same environment as a package that uses the Intel OpenMP library (like PyTorch, at least on Windows).
