Subject of the issue

After the restructure of docops to be a monorepo, the cem-plugin-readme script doesn't work anymore. Currently the README files are manually generated whilst they should be automatically outputted from the custom-elements.json file

Steps to reproduce

Run analyze script in compas-open-plugin

Expected behaviour

README.md should be generated

Actual behaviour

It's not

Explore the possibility of publishing the custom script @pascalwilbrink made foroscd-components and using it here as a devDependency
