Story
As a manager
given I want to import a csv and zip with relative paths
when I import via the control panel
I should be able to specify where the content will go
Options
The UI in #15 says that this can be specified using a path query in the query widget.
This may or may not be obvious enough.
Should paths starting with / always be added relative to the portal?
