only admin role sees the full error msg, should be the role that is allowed to import

I don't get what this means, still valid?

happened while importing susbscriber via csv file, the "normal" user just got the standard error page (was an encoding error in that case) instead of an actual status/error msg

We could catch erros here and show them with portalMessage to the user.
