Discrepancy in participant counts between Poll Results in Poll Zone vs Shared Poll

In Poll Zone, shows 157 participants

but in Shared Poll, shows 1002 participants

Seems that Poll Zone is counting # of participants who submitted statements, while Shared Poll is counting # of participants who voted.

This should really be a count of the set of unique participants who voted OR contributed any statements

Really, the "counts" here should probably be their own component - similar logic/code is currently copied in 3(?) different places in the app, and should instead be consistent with the same counter + icons
