Bug: Failing unit tests within template/web/app

Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

1. Add jest.config.js roots value '/app/'.
2. Run npm run test in /template/web/app.
3. 3 tests will fail:

• ContractDemo.test.tsx
• NotConnected.test.tsx
• useOnchainCoffeeMemos.test.tsx

What's the expected behavior?

Tests should pass.

What version of the libraries are you using?

insted of npm run test try yarn install and yarn run test
