Issue on removing schedules

Hi team, 
We're disabling the schedules of our transformations as workflows are now triggering them.
We deleted the [transformation_name].schedule.yaml files with this intention and deployed them through the toolkit but it seems to not remove the schedules.
Is this something the toolkit can support?
