Add a Cognite function to load fresh time series

The timeseries in apm_simple has an end date. In order to make the time series useful, the datapoints should be available up to now(). This can be done by making a simple Cognite Function running every hour to "replay" parts of the old datapoints, thus have real data and events, just replayed.
