Missing maxConcurrentExecutions in WorkflowUpsert

When creating a Workflow, there is a parameter that one can pass via the API called maxConcurrentExecutions. I dont see it in the WorkflowUpsert class? Also the CDF toolkit does not pick up on this parameter but I assume it has to be resolved here first?

Thanks for raising! We are happily accepting PRs, but Starbase do not have capacity at the moment. I’m sure a post in #help-data-workflows can help speed up the process 😊

@haakonvt the main goal I am trying to achieve is to have the property maxConcurrentExecutions valid in the Workflow.yaml file in toolkit. What are the general steps to make a new property available in an API available in the toolkit? I assume the first step is to make sure it is valid in the SDK first?
