When I posted https://meta.codidact.com/questions/279504, my initial title didn't include the target start time. I edited the title and saw the title update in the featured column (there on Meta), so I thought all was well. An hour or so later I noticed that it hadn't updated on other communities, and I edited the entry in "featured posts" (mod tools) to update it everywhere.

Then the next morning someone else edited the title (further update) and didn't know about this problem, so the featured entry again did not get updated.

Is there an easy way for the system to notice edits to featured titles and update them? It's an infrequent operation so we don't want a lot of overhead on each edit, but because it's infrequent, admins also might not remember to do it.
