Edit timestamp suggests editor acted then, but it's really when the edit was approved #202

At any rate it's rather creepy that the site claims I was active when I wasn't. Makes me think my account has been hacked. It should show the date and time when the edit was proposed.

Maybe we can address this in a tooltip: "Edit applied $timestamp"? What we show on the page needs to be pretty compact, but we already have the pattern of more info in tooltips and this would address the concern. Also, it'd be nice to not have the risk of one's edits being applied on Shabbat, for those who are careful about appearances (granted, a small population, but we have a community with many such).
