Currently, the user profile has a page for "all posts" with sorting options but no filters. The meta request is to add filters, but an answer points out that we would get that for free by not having a custom page and instead linking to a search results page for user:xxxx.

The current profile posts page includes deleted posts, which search does not yet support, so a prerequisite for this work is add search syntax for deleted posts (#1495), and then use that here.
