Clearer visual connection between comment and its author

In comment threads, the space between a comment and an author is the same as that between an author and a comment, making it hard especially in longer threads to easily see who said what. A little tweaking of visual spacing to more clearly attach a comment to its author could clear up this confusion. I don't know if this can be done purely in qpixel (should be easy) or requires something in co-design (probably harder).
