Incompatible with XMBCtrl “for 6.61 mod v0.2”

This version is from https://sites.google.com/site/theleecherman/, and works on 6.61. Confirmed to crash intermittently when accessing the system settings menu on both ME and Pro with plugins loaded in either order.

I note that there are several historic changes made to work around XMBCtrl issues: a8220ff, 908cc97 & 7bcda26

Closed since i don't have a PSP anymore to debug this. Maybe is debuggable from adrenaline on Vita but dunno if psplink works on it.
