Preview refresh on active/selected file

I'm creating a website with an index.html page and several other ones the index page is linking to.
When I edit those subpages, the preview refreshes on the index.html page which makes it impossible to see/check what I'm doing.
I'd like the preview window to be "locked" on the page I'm editing, is there any way to do that?

I've been searching for a solution but can't seem to find it.
Can anyone help?
