Change group URL

I had a project A and I changed the group URL to B in the group settings via gitblab.

Issue
On coderabbit, the Organizations fetched is still referencing to A

Expected behavior
Oganizations with the updated path B

Impact
coderabbit can't interact with the project as B

Hi team, just following up on this issue as it's blocking my usage of Coderabbit.

I’ve tried:

• Revoke and reauthorize GitLab access
• Clear cookies and local storage
• Remove and reconnect GitLab in Coderabbit
• Even try from a new browser session

Unfortunately, Coderabbit is still referencing the old group path instead of the updated one. This prevents me from using the product with my GitLab projects under the renamed group.

Since I purchased a 1-year subscription, I’d really appreciate a quick resolution or workaround — I’m currently unable to use Coderabbit at all via GitLab due to this issue. 😭

Can you please prioritize this or let me know if there’s any way to manually refresh group metadata from your side? 🙏
