Next.js cache routes prefetch

• Full route cache is server components cached, basically when you change url it loads static pages
• Router cache, this only caches static routes and not dynamic. Even for prefetech it will only help preload the client
• To full cache dynamic routes need to either generate with generateStaticParams or we do staleTimes https://nextjs.org/docs/app/api-reference/config/next-config-js/staleTimes

But doesn't work in dev!
