Copying highlight text in IBM i output channel does not save selected text.
When I run a SQL statement that outputs to the IBM i output channel and I want to select some text, like column headings to use for a slimmed down select statement, that text is not copied. It appears the text area last used when CTRL+R was used is still in the clipboard. Sometimes nothing is copied and just new lines are pasted.
Versions:
Code 1.85.2
Code for IBM i 2.7.0
Db2 for IBM i 0.7.0
Recreated issue:
Open a tab of type .SQL or .INB
1.a If .INB open edit area of type Code.
Type Simple SQL
press CTRL+R
Highlight any text in the output channel when it appears.
copy by pressing CTRL+C or using the right-click menu.
open a new tab or add new lines to the current open editor and paste the copied text.
