Hi there!

Describe the bug
Repos from Bitbucket stopped showing up, and "Sync" shows them randomly. More often shows "There are no repos detected" but sometimes repositories are loaded and show up, but later they disappear randomly too. It's an organizational account, and a project that's been configured for a longer time and worked quite ok up until like a ~few weeks ago.
E.g.
Today:

  • "There are no repos detected" is shown, and Sync doesn't help no matter how many times I press it.
    Two days ago:
  • When I logged in, repos were loaded, I pressed "Sync" and they disappeared, then "Sync" again and they are back.

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • Browser: mostly Chrome Incognito mode (Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/128.0.0.0 Safari/537.36)), but Safari without incognito also checked, and the same behaviour
  • System: Macbook, but checked also on Windows

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. I log in using https://app.codecov.io/login
  2. I log in using Bitbucket (2-step verification), grant access
  3. Go to "Repos" tab, organization account
  4. "There are no repos detected"
  5. Press "Sync"
  6. either still "There are no repos detected" or repos loaded, but disappears after pressing "Sync" more times

Expected behavior
Repos shown, and one project configured (in our case)

Additional context
On Safari I tried full reset as advised in FAQ: clear cookies, revoke access in bitbucket, fresh login again, grant access - it didn't work.

Hi @ddudek,

I can think of a few things it might be, but I'd need to check the logs. Is your username on Bitbucket the same as here? If not, could you share? Or, if you would rather keep it private, you can open a ticket and mention I sent you.
