center the list and the tile of NGOs to the center of the section
delete the filters bellow the title of the section
move the tags list between the title and the description
add icon for each tag
add the "Vezi mai multe" button bellow the list of NGOs
do not show more NGOs when scrolling down
when the "Vezi mai multe" button is clicked show 10 more NGOs
