🐞 Playlist "Up next autoplay" off does not work

Concise Description

When setting the option Playlist -> Up next autoplay to off, playing a video on a playlist should not start autoplaying the next video in the playlist. Up until maybe 2 weeks ago, this worked correctly, but now the playlist will continue to play the next video even when this setting is set to the "off" mode.

Toggling the setting on and off again does not fix the issue.

This is separate from the Playlist -> Autoplay option which autoplays a video in a playlist once it is navigated to. That option works correctly, and does turn off when toggled.
