based on youtube's mobile theme we could actually make 3 fast layout themes:
lite, compact & retro.

m.youtube.com (very popular. just if you dont know):

(will need to avoid "watch?app=desktop" / user-agent. Unfortunately Classes & IDs in the DOM are not the same there)

compact-mode (on horizontal screen) / "dashboard":

Retro: We could build a new retro/classic theme, adopting old positions of buttons & player
